- We ship exclusively through USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast, secure delivery.
- Standard shipping within North America typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. International orders may take 7–10 business days depending on location.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges
At Teased Hair Extensions, quality is our top priority. For hygienic reasons, all hair extensions are considered final sale — we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges only if the product is in its original condition: unused, unopened, and with the security seal intact. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
