Shipping

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
• We ship exclusively through USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast, secure delivery.
• Standard shipping within North America typically takes 3 -5 business days after processing. International orders may take 7–10 business days depending on location.
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or courier issues.

Returns & Exchanges

At Teased Hair Extensions, quality is our top priority. For hygienic reasons, all hair extensions are considered final sale, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the packaging has been opened.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges only if the product is in its original condition: unused, unopened, and with the security seal intact. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If you believe you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
