1. What types of hair does Teased Hair Extensions offer?
We offer a curated selection of premium extensions, including raw and virgin. Each bundle is sourced directly from top-tier vendors to ensure consistency, longevity, and luxury.
2. How long will my extensions last?
With proper care, our extensions can last 3-5 years. Longevity depends on how well you maintain your extensions.
3. How quickly will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx for secure and reliable delivery. Standard shipping in North America takes 3–5 business days after processing, while international shipping may take 7–10 business days.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygienic reasons, all hair extensions are final sale once opened. We only accept returns/exchanges if the product remains unused, unopened, and the security seal is intact. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and make it right.
6. Do you offer custom coloring or coloring services?
At this time, we do not offer coloring services. However, our hair can be safely dyed, toned, or bleached by a professional stylist. Textures like White Russian (platinum blonde) are especially versatile for custom coloring.
7. How many bundles do I need for a full install?
- Lengths 14”–18”: 2–3 bundles
- Lengths 20”–26”: 3–4 bundles
- Lengths 28”–40”: 4 or more bundles for maximum fullness
8. Can I style the hair with heat?
Yes. All of our extensions are 100% human hair and can be straightened, curled, or styled with heat tools. We recommend always using a heat protectant for longevity.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please allow additional time for customs clearance depending on your country’s regulations.
10. How do I care for my extensions?
Use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, avoid heavy oils, and always detangle gently from tip to root. For curly or wavy textures, we recommend air-drying to preserve the natural pattern.
